Local food heals!
Chef Zu of Kings Apron is coming to a farm near you! We'll be hosting a plant-based virtual cooking demo for City of East Point residents live from Gilliam's Community Garden. This cooking demo was designed to give community members a unique taste of what Atlanta's urban farmers have to offer delivered straight to their door!
Classes will be limited to 15 slots, each participant will receive a FREE meal kit prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Meal Kit for One (1): Recipes including fresh ingredients sourced locally from urban farms. Kit will be delivered to participant's house on the day of scheduled cooking class.
• Live Cooking Demonstration: Chef Zu will walk you through how to prepare a farm-fresh vegan dish. Join via Zoom on day of scheduled cooking class.
WHAT'S REQUIRED
• Limited to 15 participants
• Must pre-register by 7pm May 26th, 2020 for cooking demo and meal kit delivery
• Must live in the City of East Point
• Must have audio and visual capabilities to connect to live Zoom conference

Chef Zu is a Holistic Nutritionist, Urban Agriculturalist & Plant Based Chef who focuses on providing "Health & Wellness" to communities in need through facilitating programs basedaround culinary arts, agriculture and nutrition. Chef Zu taps into memory, love, and culture when designing each plate.
